In light of International Women's Day, we will be catching up with some truly inspiring women in business throughout the month of March to bring you top tips on everything from time management and influences to women empowerment.

Without further ado, we'd like to introduce Kaya, founder of Hachi Digital. 
Tell us a bit about you and Hachi Digital...
Hachi Digital is an all-female creative content and sustainability focussed agency.
We work with brands by Consulting, creating key branded content and strategizing to support brands in their overarching awareness and ethical development.
What was important to you when you founded Hachi?
It was important to me that other women were inspired by what I was doing and that the clients we worked with are for the right reasons. I’m all about being honest and transparent – it’s something I talk to my team about every day.
How do you manage your time?
A to-do list (old school I know), but nothing quite beats the feeling of highlighting something out.
How do you manage day to day distractions?
Having set time aside for each task is absolutely key, but in the world of agencies things often crop up unexpectedly and it’s how you manage it that sets you apart.
What tools do you use to keep you on track, in the know and up to date?
ASANA has a brilliant tracker and I also love SLACK.
Where do you look for inspiration?
To my team and often at events. I enjoy attending events about entrepreneurs, business, digital trends etc by industry leaders but also events ran by SMEs, because you never know who you could meet.
Do you have a female role model?
My mum – she’s my absolute rock. We’re polar opposites in our work mindset but really aligned with our core values & she’s always put her family first and said I should do whatever I want to in life.
Words of advice to women in business?
Kill them with kindness.
