Get Your Glow On With Hannah

When it comes to glowing, Hannah Dove Phung is your girl. She has infectious energy, vibrant strawberry blonde hair and a style to die for. We caught up with her to chat about Los Angeles life and try to steal a few cheeky style tips.

How would you describe your personal style, and what are the key elements that define it?

I would say my style depends on the day but in general, I am more of a dressy type of girl and I love incorporating chic and comfortable pieces together. 

What’s your go-to outfit when you want to feel your best?

My go-to outfit would be a short silk dress paired with a long fur coat.

If you could raid anyone’s closet, whose would it be and why?

This is a difficult question but I’d go with Amber Scholl because we have a similar taste in style and from all the outfits I’ve seen her wear like corset dresses to a basic top and jeans. I can for sure picture myself wearing them as well. 

What are some must-have items in your closet that you think everyone should own?

Well for starters, the Boyfriend Mini Lumous watch because you can seriously elevate any outfit you’re wearing for literally ANY occasion. I also think anything 100% silk is always a plus in your closet because well you can never go wrong with silk pieces whether it’s a dress or a top. Along with two-piece sets that could range from corset tops, skirts, or even flare leggings. With that said, they can easily be mixed and matched and you’d get your money’s worth. 

What do you love most about living in Los Angeles, and how does the city's vibe influence your style?

I know everyone is going to say this but the weather here really does it for me. You know Summer can last until September and I could still wear my biker shorts and a cute top. And I wouldn’t have to worry about bringing a jacket with me to run errands. I don’t think I keep up with any particular trends but seeing all the lights in the city at night helps me bring out the chic fashion sense in me. 

Can you share some of your favorite spots in LA for fashion inspiration, shopping, or just hanging out?

As someone who’s always in the LA area, I love stopping by local museums for inspiration or just going out to Malibu and Laguna Beach for some fresh air. I find that when I’m more relaxed and one with nature I get the best photoshoot results out of those days. 

Talk us through your L&J looks, which piece did you choose and how did you style it?

Here I have the Boyfriend Mini Lumous in mixed gold. I chose this specific watch because it’s so dainty and it just gives everything it needs to give. I never feel uncomfortable wearing this out because of the way it just simply made my beige dress and red nails go from a 6 to an immediate 10. Overall, I am very pleased with my Lumous.
