It's finally here! Welcome to the official launch of Folke; our very first, but definitely not last jewelry line! The Story Of Folke When creating Folke, we searched for the perfect source of inspiration that would become the basis for a collection that is so clean, versatile, but yet has such a warmth to it. We were searching for stories and things that would best describe this feeling, but we just couldn’t find the perfect fit. Until we realized that there is no story that is better, or more unique than... yours. We decided that this is not our story. Instead, Folke is everyone’s personal story to form and tell. She is thoughtful but shy, confident but clumsy. Sometimes she acts lazy, sometimes she blossoms through her passion. She is a mother, a lover, an artist. She loves her flaws and strengths equally. She is unique. She could be anyone. But she is not you. She could never be. Because nobody is and will ever be. A Collection Inspired By You Folke is our first-ever jewelry collection where every piece tells a story inspired by the art of finding one’s true self. Each carefully selected design has been handmade using the finest sterling silver with polished gold vermeil. Chosen for their high quality and longevity. We believe that one size fits us all which is why even our rings all come in one regular size, made to bend and adapt with you. Our goal was to create pieces that empower your individuality and eventually will become a part of you and your story. No matter what your style is, our Folke jewelry will elevate any outfit you wear while giving it your own individual touch. With its polished metal look and sleek, effortless designs, Folke at its core, was designed to live across seasons and generations. Each piece was created intentionally to be layered and worn in multiple ways and to take you from day to night. Capturing Authenticity With its throughout clean and minimal character, the campaign, just like the collection itself, is set to leave room for personal interpretation, enabling each and every person who wears Folke to embrace their special and true self. Shot by London-based photographer William Henry Thompson, the goal of this campaign was to capture models Moya and Rosie as their authentic selves. “The shoot was super fun- being able to work with such an inspiring, creative team of individuals and my best friend really made the day. With the new year, a new decade is about to begin. What's missing? London has many interesting charities covering a broad range of missions of which we want to highlight a few that definitely deserve some attention!

We caught up with Lolita to discuss watches, winter trends, and downtime over the holiday season...

It's no secret, London is the place to be in winter. With is bright and busy streets adorned with festive decorations on every corner, we couldn't help but put together a winter guide for the city that never sleeps! Walthamstow Village & God’s Own Junkyard Tucked away in North East London, you’ll find Walthamstow Village. A pleasant blend of 12th, 15th and 16th century churches and houses, along with the upmarket Orford Road. Make sure to stop in at it’s small restaurants, independent coffee shops and charming pubs. Just around the corner is God’s Own Junkyard, a beautiful, psychedelic neon paradise. Take in the light and revel in the absurd neon sculptures that fill the warehouse. Southbank Winter Market The River Thames sneaks through London from West to East and is worthy of its own winter list. If you find yourself on the south side of the river, be sure to stop by Southbank’s Winter Market. With more mulled wine that you can imagine and a fantastic selection of food including Jimmy’s Lodge. Who wouldn’t want to dine in a giant igloo overlooking the Thames? Ice Skating At Somerset House Sitting on the south-side of Strand in central London, the impressive and large Somerset House first opened its doors in 1796. During the winter, its majestic neoclassical central courtyard transforms into an open-air ice rink. Take some time out and skate to your heart's content whilst surrounded by rich history. Backyard Cinema A long time favourite of film, music, food and beer lovers; Backyard Cinema could be your new favourite thing in town. West of London’s busy centre in Wandsworth, you’ll find Backyard Cinema’s Winter Night Garden with live music, a drinks terrace, artisan pizza, captivating theatrics, an exotic cocktail lounge, vegan street food, craft beer and of course, a selection of festive films. One trip here and we guarantee you’ll be full of that festive feeling. Little Venice & Broadway Market If it’s a picture-postcard setting you’re after this winter, look no further than Little Venice. A short walk from Paddington Station sits London’s very own Venice with its winding canals, regency white terraced buildings, cosy restaurants, bars and theatres. If you’re feeling adventurous, why not wrap up warm and take a ride along the canal? Little Venice to Broadway Market in Hackney; another picture-perfect spot full of character and a warm communal feeling.
