What To Expect From This Year's LFWM

This year we are celebrating the 14th edition of London Fashion Week Men’s (LFWM), where more than 40 UK-based and international designers such as Craig Green, Alexander McQueen and Liam Hodges will showcase their Spring/Summer 2020 collections at the Truman Brewery in London’s East End.

Just in time before LFWM starts off, London Fashion Week Men’s has launched a campaign to celebrate the creatives that make up the British fashion scene. Shot by London-based photographer Markn, the photo series called “This Is London,” features the metropole’s creatives that have contributed to it’s status of diversity and multi-cultural background. Some of the creatives captured are Oliver SpencerDavid Gandy, Angelo Van Mol (creative director at Band Of Outsiders), Lucien Clarke (professional skater), as well as GQ's Dylan Jones, and CEO of the British Fashion Council Caroline Rush. Showcasing different styles and identities, it's a faithful celebration of London's unique identity in an ever demanding industry.

Caroline Rush told the media: “London is a city that is globally recognised for its creative talent and businesses. We’re extremely excited to launch this campaign for LFWM June 2019 and to celebrate not only the designers, but also the broader creative community who all play a vital role in our industry’s culture and reputation.

We are stunned by the strong representation of our British creative community and the campaign definitely gives us a little taste of what is just about to come. Check out some images from the photo story below…
