Sometimes, I think about what it really means to be vulnerable. Do you allow yourself to feel whatever comes up? Do you allow yourself to be weak, to be yourself in front of others?

Sometimes, it feels like it comes in waves. Like when I am calm and self-loving like a soft tide. And then a storm erupts and I feel disconnected. Sometimes, I guess we all feel this way. But aren't we allowed to do so? Allow yourself to feel it all. Allow yourself to be authentic. Allow yourself to be pure.
