Shop her Mom Faves here! First things first — how are you celebrating Mother’s Day this year? A dreamy slow morning? Breakfast in bed? Tell us everything. It’s so crazy because every Mother’s Day everyone would tell me, "You can’t celebrate this one yet, haha!" And now that I am able to, it’s so surreal. My husband, daughter, and I typically book a getaway and enjoy the weekend together. We eat food, relax by the pool, and eat some more. What’s one little ritual that makes you feel like a glowing goddess — even on the chaotic days? (The thing that never fails to boost your mood.) Putting on some music, singing, and dancing (even though I’m not a good dancer at all) always boosts my mood! There’s just something about music that never fails to gas me up. Has your personal style changed since becoming a mom? And what’s your go-to “I need to feel amazing” piece right now? I believe my style has changed a bit for sure since becoming a mom. Majority of the time I want to be comfortable so I can function comfortably throughout the day with my daughter, but I still want it to be a cute fit also. Finding that balance can sometimes be a bit challenging, and to be honest, I’m still trying to figure it out. I really just love playing around with different styles and accessories to find what looks best on me and for my body type. My go-to pieces right now would be my gold accessories! Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve just loved, loved, loved my gold pieces. We believe a beautiful piece of jewelry can turn any moment into something golden. What’s your favorite piece that makes you feel most you? My favorite piece would be my wedding ring. My husband custom made it, which makes it that much more sentimental for me. These rings hold our bond and love for each other, and knowing someday I get to pass it on to my daughter makes it that much more special. How do you style your L&J pieces? Tell us your signature stack or how you mix them into your everyday looks. I love mixing my L&J pieces as the perfect finishing touch to any outfit. The subtle pops of gold with my Boyfriend Lumous watch or my L&J rings really tie the whole look together. They go with everything and just make you feel like luxury. Any advice to new mamas on finding small moments of luxury and self-care? Because sometimes 3 minutes is all you’ve got. My advice to all the new mamas out there is to make sure you find time for yourself, even if it’s something as small as watching your favorite TV show or eating your favorite snacks. It’s important to continue to do the things you loved to do before pregnancy, like getting a facial, getting your nails done, or even just shopping. If we aren’t taking care of ourselves and our mental health, how can we be 100% for our little ones? And for the days that may seem overwhelming or overstimulating, just remember these are just small moments, and our babies are trying to figure it all out too.
